10. Porsche 918 Spyder -214 mph (345 km/h)

The Porsche 918 Spyder is a mid-engined plug-in hybrid sports car designed by Porsche and first shown as a concept at the 80th Geneva Motor Show in March 2010. The Spyder is powered by a 4.6 liter V8 engine, developing 608 horsepower (453 kW), with two electric motors delivering an additional 279 horsepower (208 kW) for a combined output of 887 horsepower (661 kW). It is the second plug-in hybrid car from Porsche, The 918 Spyder offers five different running modes.

9.McLaren P1 -217 mph (349 km/h)

The McLaren P1 is a limited production plug-in hybrid sports car by British automotive manufacturer McLaren Automotive.The P1 features a 3.8-litre twin-turbocharged V8 petrol engine that is only similar to the MP4-12C motor in its displacement. The twin turbos boost the petrol motor at 2.4 bar to deliver 727 bhp (542 kW) and 719 Nm (531 lb ft) at 7500 rpm, combined with an in-house developed electric motor producing 176 bhp (131 kW) and 260 Nm (192 lb ft). The car is rear-wheel drive with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission.

8.Hennessey Venom GT -260mph (418 km/h)

The Venom GT is filled with enough horsepower to stretch across the Lone Star State itself, packing a mind-blowing 1,500 horsepower mined from a poisonous 7.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine. 0-60 is pegged at two seconds. The riotous acceleration doesn’t end there, though, the Venom claims a top speed of 287 mph. It is a limited (3 units) version of Venom GT coupe commemorating Venom GT coupe's 0-300 km/h Guinness World Record.

7.Pagani Huayra – 230mph (370 km/h)

Coming so close to the Zenvo ST1 is the Pagani Huayra. Because of its stunning performance and superb speed, it has been given the Incan name, “Pagani Huayra”, which derives from the meaning, “God of the Winds”. This model features a Mercedes twin-turbo AMG 6L V12 engine that has the ability to produce up to 730hp and 740lb-ft torque.

6.Ferrari La Ferrari - 230 mph (370 km/hr)

The LaFerrari is equipped with a 6.3L V12 engine and a 7-speed dual clutch gear box. Its engine alone has the ability to produce 789hp and a 516lb-ft torque. And Ferrari just didn’t stop there. They went on adding power by strapping an electric motor, known as the HY-KERS hybrid which adds in an additional horsepower of 161. Overall, LaFerrari’s horsepower capacity is at a whooping 950.

5.Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport – 254mph (408 km/h)

The Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport has been entitled the fastest convertible car in the world. With a quad Turbo W16 engine which produces 1200hp, this scientific dream is propelled much faster than any other car of its type. When at top speed, the Grand Sport actually shifts in shape, altering its drag and down force, ultimately giving it the little extra zest. It can also accelerate from 0 to 60mph in around 2.6 seconds.Currently, there are only 8 models of the special edition made available.

4.SSC Ultimate Aero TT – 256mph (412 km/h)

The Ultimate Aero TT was first tested in West Richland, Washington in 2007 with the presence of the Guinness team and has since been named the fastest street-legal car manufactured in the world. It held the title for almost 3 years until the Veyron SuperSport was created.

3.Bugatti Veyron SS SuperSport – 267mph (431 km/h)

Designed by the famous Volkswagen Group, the Bugatti SuperSport was first manufactured and released in France. On April of 2013, the Veyron SuperSport was entitled the fastest car in the world by Guinness after it ran an average top speed of 267mph.

2.W Motors Lykan Hypersport - 240 mph (386.2 km/h)

The Lykan Hypersport is a limited produced sports car by W Motors, a Lebanese based company founded in 2012. It is the first supercar to be produced in the Middle East. W Motors plans to only produce seven units of the car. At US$3.4 million, the Lykan Hypersport is the third most expensive car to ever be made,The Lykan Hypersport is powered by a twin turbo flat-six 3.7-litre (3746 cc) engine, producing 740 bhp (552 kW; 750 PS) and 960 N·m (708 lb·ft) of torque.The car is claimed to have a top speed of 240 mph (386.2 km/h) and accelerate to 0-62 mph (0–100 km/h) in 2.8 seconds.

1.Lamborghini Veneno - 230 mph(370 km/h )

Lamborghini used high quality carbon-fiber and the look and style of the car is like an aggressive extreme sports car. The car gets a 6.5 liter V-12 engine that generates 750 horsepower and will be paired with a 7 speed automatic, the Veneno moves from 0-62 mph in 2.8 seconds with a top speed up to 230 mph.
